Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Kate Lambe within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
photographs of the artwork
photographs of the packaging
and any visible damage to the box or wrapping
Retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
If an item is deemed to have been damaged in transit, a repair, replacement, refund, or insurance claim process will be arranged where appropriate.
