A Lexicon Of Form is a body of work that uses language as something that can both be read, and as something that can be built with. Using a typographic system I created, I pull apart, repeat and layer words until they form dense, interwoven compositions. The text loses its legibility and composition becomes a way of reinforcing the ideas within the work, using colour, rhythm and density to convey the underlying message.

These works capture the tension between order and chaos, where meaning comes not only from the words themselves, but also from the systems, patterns and connections that tie them together.
